CounterPulse
CounterPulse is a San Francisco performance space for risk-taking art that shatters assumptions and builds community. They provide space and resources for emerging artists and cultural innovators, serving as an incubator for the creation of socially relevant, community-based art and culture. They showcase various forms of dance and performance art while celebrating diversity of race, class, cultural heritage, artistic expression, ability, gender identity and sexual orientation. I redesigned their logo pro-bono as part of a Taproot project that gave CounterPulse a grant. They wanted their new logo to be completly updated, be dynamic, urban, show motion, and reflect “shatter” and a “spotlight”.
